AFAIK this is a Monty Python.
It goes like this: during WWII the British develop
a new super weapon, a deadly joke.
It is so dangerous that the translators get each only
a single word.
After that the troops shout this nonsense over 
into the German trench, with devastating result...
Or they get a piece of paper with (assumingly)
phonetic writing of the words, in case of danger,
pull out the paper and read it loud....

One of my favourites, very close to the hungarian dictionary story...
