[sdiy] noise sources

Wow I'm replying to my own message!  I checked out the ASM site because it
happened to have the new address posted in recent messages and saw the noise
source there which seems to be an updated version of the electronotes one
with the addition of the RC network to prevent bleed thru from the power
supply, sounds like this might be the culprit so I'm gonna try to implement
that!
