[sdiy] noise sources

Hi there,
has anyone built the noise source in Electronotes #76 (pretty much the
standard transistor noise source i'm guessing) and can tell me what voltages
I should be looking for at the pink and random low frequency outputs? I
would expect them to be around 5v, same as the white noise outputs, but i'm
getting about -14v at the pink output and -5v at the RLF output. It doesn't
seem right to me and i'm wondering what course of action to take, maybe the
transistor isn't putting out enough low frequecy noise (although it sounds
like it is)...
thanx
