They are classifiing Idss in other words, the drain current when gate is 
connected to source. R: 0.3-0.75mA O:0.6-1.4mA Y:1.20-3.00mA and GR:2.6-6.5mA
The R and O ones are pretty scarce nowadays. 
Besides a good source for japanese transistors here in Germany is Reichelt.
