Sorry, was my mistake.

I found all datasheets of the nte replacements
of the 2sa and 2sc transistors on http://www.nteinc.com/

Does anyone know if the letter in brackets behind the 2SK30A
are important or what they mean?
In the part list of the Korg MS-10 service manual
a 2SK30A(O) and a 2SK30A(RG) which I couldn't find on the NTE cross
reference.
