[sdiy] transparent circuit board stock?

not too long ago i picked up a sheet of this stuff at a surplus shop
that i assume is some sort of pre-trace CB stock.  i've definitely seen
older boards made out of it - it's transparent but has a yellowish or
brownish tint to it. this ring a bell with anyone?  is it still
commercially available?
