Just yielded me a beautiful tube-based random noise generator, with
frequencies ranging from audio to RF (goes up to 5MHz).

Manufacturer is General Radio, model number is 1390-A. Any information is,
as always, greatly appreciated, especially schematics/any manuals (service,
users, etc.).

Don't know if it works yet - don't have an appropriate line cord, and I try
very hard not to work on line voltage equipment/line cords.
