Well this IS a DIY list so go : http://www.bare-metal.com/
and make those knobs your self.
There is a small problem with casting knobs,
the plastic is brittle so you need to include a metal
insert if you want to use a screw to fix the knob.
But now you know this, there is no longer a problem ;)
There is someone offering all kinds off DIYed 808 / 909 and related knobs
on the web.
Sorry I lost the link, but a web search for "808 knobs" will probably bring
you there.
