For the 13x00, it's recommended to just connect Pin 1 and 16 together
for good tracking, because of the good gm tracking specs.

If you have two separate Chips, like two 3080's, current distribution
by two resistors will only help for the upper Iabc range.
(You always have a series connection of the external resistor and
the Iabc input resistance. The latter is only low for high currents.)
