Yeah, those electromechanicals on the Oddy especially, are really crap! I
mean, they are tough, but the seem to have taken on all sorts of corrosion
and such.
I should have thought of that, but what you spoke of bears the need of
intimate knowledge of that particular synth, the answer is not empirical. ;)
I try not to get intimate with other ppls synths.. It causes bad relations.
;))
But, in your case, perhaps it would have kept this from happening *had*
someone, er, stuck the plug in there once in a while! ;))
