Check out the MiniDAC that tony allgood sells, its a good simple midi to CV
and Im sure with a slight adjustment could do lowf as 0v (should just be an
offset trimmer)

Or, you could make your own.. its not hard..
Ive done a couple, and a polyphonic one...
