[sdiy] AM97C11 what's this?

Does anyone know what an AM97c11 is? It is shown like 3 descrete FETs,
but there must be more to it. The "chipdir" shows it as a 14 pin gain
programable amplifier. However, the schematic it is in uses up to pin
16. Anyone?
