Well, if you MUST diy them, I personally have found that it is far more
reliable to do them with a dremel tool. Less mess, more accurate, less
chance of getting bad exposures, etc etc.
I started with the dremel, then a friend of mine introduced me to using a
milling machine to do boards, and it is just wonderful if you need to check
out boards..
You can get a cheap desktop mill for about 900 bux that runs off of a dremel
as the mill!
