[sdiy] Thermistors and Keys

    Heck, just getting a keyboard these days is close to imposible.
Generally, the easiest way to get a keyboard is to find an old organ or
something that is "worthless" (please don't start trashing those B3's), and
remove the keyboard from that.  Sometimes you get lucky and find them in a
surplus store.

    But, it looks like the days of keyboard kits is long gone :-(.

    In some ways, you could justify this by the fact that a Midi interface
will allow you to use any Midi keyboard, but, that is not quite in the
spirit of DIY...I myself am trying to restore my old Paia 8700 keyboard.
It is quite a chore.

    There are places that do sell "new" keyboards (old stock from out of
business organ companies), but don't know of one right off the bat...
