[sdiy] No Power 4070 ring mod??

CMSO will power itself off it's inputs....it can cause <interesting>
problems sometimes if you've forgotten a power line in a circuit....:-)), by
curren tstrangling the supply you can make CMOS behave slower...this effect
(or bodge depending on how you view things like this) was used in the Synbal
circuit ...
