[sdiy] AD633JN ring mod

I got mine from an Active Electronics in the area (same one as Craig,
no doubt).  I've also had them order MAT-02s and some Maxim parts.
They were quite happy to order the parts in small quantities (I'm
guessing they just get them from their warehouse somewhere), and even
said they would ship them to me so I wouldn't have to make another
trip out to the shop when they came in.
