AD633
1 - Xin     8 - V+
2 - Gnd     7 - X*Y Out
3 - Yin     6 - 1K resistor to pin 6; 10k resistor to ground
4 - Gnd     5 - V-

pretty simple. just make sure the inputs have enough amplitude. Otheres
have mentioned trimming. so far, I haven't used it, and I think the
circuit is good enough.
