[sdiy] ASM-1 VCF Schematic question

I was looking at the ASM-1 VCF schematic,(as i'm building it!)

and what i want to know is;

what do i connect to the Q pot thingy on the schem,
is it just connected to say, 100K lin pot middle pin, and the side
pins connected to +15v and -15v?

and what do i do with the Q out?
Is this the separate Resonance Out, which i have to mix in with the 
output audio so i get resonance, if yes, how?

I just know the answers are known here! thanx in advance
