[sdiy] enclosure question

Yeah, RadioShack.com still sells aluminum sheets, but the thickest is .06", which
is 1/16" rather than 1/8". I've found it's good enough for modules, but it might be
too thin to extend the ends of the box you're talking about.
These are plain aluminum sheets and come in a variety of sizes, up to 2ft x 4ft
(for only $20!).  I bought one of these big ones and cut it up (my og2 synth front
panel is 11" x 31").  I used 1/2" angle aluminum along the long edges to stiffen it
up so it wouldn't bow in the middle.
