[sdiy] Major Score in the Dumpster at work!

It's weird how some places worked.
I got bitched out at Intel once for taking a set of 3.3 DOS diskettes out
which I pulled out of the trash (this was after DOS was dead). Had to listen
to a security guard rant and rave about stealing. Funny thing is that if I
would of taken them out of their plastic bag they couldn't of bitched. Use
to be that they couldn't search womens purses. I punch of guys started to
call their bags purses and they couldn't search them.
I have a friend that works at a TV station. They can't take stuff they trash
home. What they have to do is cut the power cord to make them non-functional
and put them in the dumpster. On the way home they pull it out of the
dumpster, take it home and wire in a new power cord.
As the world turns.
