Ragozzino,
You might look at the data sheet for the LM13700. Use a LM13600 or LM13700
and a dual op-amp. One OTA for the integrator, one for a sine shaper, one
op-amp for a schmitt trigger and the other for a voltage controlled negative
referernced voltage to current converter.
