Paul, you need the top of the ladder connected to +12V. A bit of
decoupling is good here. And you seem to have two 1K resistors from the
lower bias point to the second pair up on the ladder. The 10uF looks the
wrong way around in the feedback path at the output of the 3080.
Larger than normal filter caps at 100nF, but this maybe want you want.
Check out the Memorymoog's filter for a good way to implement the filter
for polyphonic needs.
