Paul & All,

National has LM3080s and LM13700 in surface mounts. I think the LM13700 has
been discontiuned. There has been some debate over where or not National
still makes the LM13700s, don't know myself. NJR has NJM13600 & NJM13700 in
surface mounts which are available from Mouser.
