Fostex makes a very nice bi-directional converter. It has one in and one
out each for the optical and coaxial connectors.
The Fostex model # is COP-1. It is very small (pack of cigarettes size) and
uses an external DC wall wart.

Funny..
I'm looking for the exact opposite. Want to use my Johnson JStation and
directly record into my computer.. Problem is, that it only has a
non-optical output, and these are not that common on pc soundcards.
Any schemantics anyone?
(or even some experiences with cheap but good commercial built units?).
