Convert a PCX as in stoneagepcbitmapimageformat to gerber or autotraxs?
Err, sure you can do that nowaywhatshoever. ;^)

Or wait, first convert to GIF then vectorize, then export as HPGL, then
convert HPGL to gerber?
Don't think the last step is possible.
The other 3 are but the result of vectorisation usually sucks.
