[sdiy] Quetion on pot substitution

Hi All,

I am building/converting several projects for modular
use and I have a question regarding pot values. 
Almost all schematics call for 100k linear pots on the
cv inputs.  I have a boatload of 125k linear pots and
was hoping to use them.  Specifically, how will this
affect performance of cv inputs.
