I absolutely refuse to use UPS for anything. The last time I used them they
charged me $40 for brokerage fees from the US into Canada on an item that cost
$15. This was in addition to the 7% tax and the actual shipping cost. The post
office charges a flat fee of $5 for the same service, and is usually less expensive
in the first place. UPS SUCKS!!!!!!!
