I strongly aprove the above opinion : IMHO embedded micros in
analog synths is one of the most promising innovation domain
for DIYers, and disconnecting that topic from the general synth-DIY
discussion doesn't sound like a good idea...

BTW, I've enjoyed this list for more than 4 years now, but have been
frustrated at times by the incredibly huge importance given to the main
analog topics (expo converters & the like) compared to micros, and
digital + hybrid systems in general...

Hope the above is understandable : it's late & I've been working hard
today...
