Dymo tape was used on that famous Moog prototype, though that may have been
added later. I had a Dymo in the '70s. I don't know when they were created.
Also used on this synth were what appear to be pieces of paper with the
titles stencilled on them using common drafting stencils. I'm only
commenting on what I've seen in photos. Perhaps someone who as seen the
synth itself would care to elucidate.
