I once bought 100 pieces from Mouser, thinking that these would be the ones 
used by Serge. Upon receiving the knobs I realised that they diddn't have 
the white top engraving/marking, making them almost useless for my project.

I was thinking about using a Dremel tool to do the engraving myself, adding 
white paint as a finish.

Anybody done this before? Any suggestions?

Finally, where do you get the Davies 1900-H (the engraved version I would 
think) in smaller quantities ( < 1000)?
