[sdiy] buchla knobs

The original black knobs are Davies Molding company 1600 and 1610.
The latter colored knobs are Davies 1200 series in colors. Still available I
believe for 1000 piece min orders per knob type. Expect about $1.50 per knob
in 1000 pieces. The Serge uses Davies 1900-H. These are all hot molded
phenolic resin.

Please buy all the 1900-H you can, so they will keep making them!
