    Each synth design will have it's own sound...since I haven't finished mine
yet, I can't comment.  However, just on the fact that the 9700 is pretty
flexible, you will have a lot of posibilities.  Plus, being modular, you can
add more/different modules.  The filter is the most important one for
affecting the way the thing will sound.  Maybe I should get around to
finishing mine...and finishing the MiniModular...the BassAce...my
SMB....dang...too many projects!

    And if you completed the fatman, you should be able to build 9700...
