The blank preset parameters for the most part are all set at zero. 
No sound will come out of Evolver in this state. 
Please be aware the following parameter settings in the blank presets 
in case you are programming and no sound is heard or other anomalies occur:

Preset Volume = 0
VCA Level = 0
VCA Env Amt = 0
Pan = MONO
Key Off/Xpose = 0
Filter Frequency = 0
Filter Slope = 2P
All Oscillators are at their lowest frequencies
All LFOs are at their lowest frequencies
