2.8" QD media and/or drives

Good Day Does anyone have a source for the older 2.8" Quick Disks (QD) media and/or drives that were used in a number of different Japanese samplers (Akai and Roland that I know of)? Both the media and the drives seem to be very hard (if not impossible) to come by these days. Larry
