Does anyone know how to program the 2101 so the footpedal actually
works the wah??? I want to be able to use the footpedal to act like a
regular cry baby pedal.

I ve tried connecting an expression pedal to the 2101 wah and I decided I much prefer the real thing. ... From: gsp-2101@yahoogroups.com

Don't bother. The 2101's wah sounds like garbage. It is the ONLY
drawback of the unit IMO.

Wah will never sound like the real thing because of its position (after the preamp). However there is a trick how to get pretty decent wah effect...

If it's possible, use a "smooth wah". Then you have to emulate "a knee" of a traditional wah pedal: re-assign MIDI CC values (min and max) of the pedal you are using, so they are close to themselves (for example min: 25, max: 75 or so - depending of how strong effect you want). You can find detailed instructions of how to re-assign CC min and max values in the manual, page 78, 79.

The final step is to maybe fine tune with the wet/dry mixer...
