Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

Hello hexaphiles,

I have been watching e-bay as most of you do from time to time and I keep seeing this 
SDS - 6 that is being offered at 1499.00. ( I know it has been offered at least 3 times and 
no bids as yet) Anyway, I am interested in getting a little sequencing unit that will fire the 
SDS 5 or SDS-7 1/4" inputs. I have seen an old Roland unit called "MC-4" that has CV 
output for up to 4 channels... Would that be a good choice? I would just like to write 
patterns and be able to leave the kit on occasion, letting the sequencer run the kit.
