The 5000 does NOT accept thicker paper than the 3000. I have both printers
and cannot run our .026 thick paper thru the 5000 - no way, no how. I can
run that same paper thru the 3000.
Don't know about Paul's inks, sorry. Just my 2 cents but the 5000 was a poor
purchase on our part. I like this printer least of all the Epsons I own and
for me it has ended up being a very expensive desktop printer for brochures
and business cards. Would like to try doing photos with it, but it is
severely limited by paper size IMO.

I'm trying to find a pro quality printer to replace the 1160 - oh well.
Maybe I'll need to find a refurb 7000 and run Paul's inks through that!

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
