An email to Paul failed, so posting here.
Paul,
A recent post of yours suggested that Epsom Hot Press Natural would be good
with the 1800 3MK set-up.
Have you done a profile for this combination ?
Alternatively which of the QTR included profiles would you suggest?

I have not tried the Epson Hot Press with the 1800 3MK setup. (My 1800 is not currently set up.) There are instructions for making profiles in the notes of the QTR 3MK "Start" and "Dmax" profiles. If you have a flatbed scanner, you'd be able to do this.

As far as existing profiles that might be close, I'd try the Premier Art Smooth 325.

Thank you. I've been using the Premier Art SmothHP-BW300 profile, but will give the 325 a try. I must tackle the 'create profile ' method, but the existing profiles plus comparative test prints have at least proved the quality of print that is possible with this lazy way, and While I wait for Epsom UK to actually supply some of the new paper,I will practice making profiles.
