I used to think it happened when I did too much post-processing (I tend to take normally exposed images and add a lot of contrast with curves), but I did very little to this image and it doesn't make sense to me that only part of the image shows this pattern (Half of a nude woman...the other half looks fine...same tones.). A previous image was worked up much more and printed flawlessly in BO. So anyway, I'm trying the up-res right now and will let you know if it helps.
