Linda,

They are notoriously bad when it comes to email replies - you need to find
time to call during the day, someone will take care of you then.  That's
been my experience.  I have had excellent luck with their products and I've
been using their inks for a couple years on my 1160.  They need to do
something about the email problem and actually I thought they had, but I
guess not.
