Funny, I remember years back when we asked Jon Cone this and he painted a
rather colorful picture of everyone in NH walking about licking paper
samples...

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
