OK, the 224 plays a role into the Vangelis sound, but I wish we all aren't
limited by just trying to reproduce something already exhistent in the real
world...otherwise we will end up all being just copycats, better do deal
with creativity! For example a friend of mine did a live gig with a CS60
sometimes "played" through a Space-Echo...well, guys it is terrific how
these two tools sound when they're together, the guy made some unearthly
sounds which buried all the Vangelis and krautrockers out there...Also
amazing is to use the CS with some external modulation efx, for example and
with a decent chorus you can have a MIX=0 CS80 out of a CS50 or 60, or like
Jobson did on the "Green" LP by using a phaser....go beyond!
