I had a fool around today and I don't think that sound is specifically coming from the reverb.
I found touches of that sound by finely tuning the ring mod, sub osc and aftertouch settings. I had the overall brilliance at 0 and the sound was tuned using the VCF aftertouch modulation, Sub OSC speed and might modulation amount on the ring mod, low (or minimum) speed, high depth.The attack time and delay settings really helped tune the effect.
It really is about finding the right balance of thee controls. I am certain that the sound is based on the presets. I matched them over the panel to tweak and see if the original Blade Runner sound was made by duplicating and altering the preset brass, but any changes moved way from 'that' sound.
