I think you will find that it is the original Lexicon 224 reverb (not X or XL) precursor to the 480L

I have one and it is definitely 'the sound' I add a bit of Lexicon PCM-41 delay and set the controls to the heart of the sun...

But I am curious about another aspect of "Bladerunnerish" Brass: I am talking about the beautiful phasing you hear starting at around 1:32 of this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8uUyfFvpL9E . Its much slower than sub-oscillator and detuning does not give this effect for me. The best result so far I got with ring modulator set on slow osc, little modulation and big depth - but I am not sure Vangelis did it that way. What do you think?
