I have a good calibrated fluke multimeter but I don't have a scope. What
problem do you think the offsets on the TKS board are causing? The tuning
differences when using the transpose buttons or the portamento?

I'm thinking of replacing all the 4000 cmos chips on the tks and sh board
and then seeing what's up but I feel the transpose tuning is a calibration
issue (vr5-9 on tks board). I really have no.clue on the portamento.

Sounds like some of the TKS offsets are not right. Re-check with a good
quality multimeter

Do you have a scope? I can tell you what might be wrong, but you will
probably need to trace it.
