Yes - I just ordered some Mill-Max sockets with and without caps. The cap ones are about $3 each compared to less than half that for the regular. When I replaced all the CMOS in my CS80 a few years ago, I used regular sockets and soldered caps to the back. A lot of work! In the future, I'd use the cap sockets, but maybe only every other or 3rd chip.

Great ! Any good replacements for the various M-card trimmers? Obviously, the 4 for tuning, but if I ever do a full 16-card calibration again, I'd want to replace all trimmers since many of them are way to sensitive.
