Archive of the former Yahoo!Groups mailing list: Yamaha CS80

I was looking to ship my CS 80 from Maryland to California and got a quote from Craters and Freighters (recommended and used by a few list members). They quoted me $995. Is that in line with what others have seen for shipping a CS 80?

Any safe alternatives?
