You need to be careful and make sure that the keyboard rack is pulled completely forward before lowering it out of the upright service position. Otherwise this connector PCB may become damaged.
Also note... If you lower the upper voice card rack with the keyboard pushed fully back (no retaining bolts/screws in place) against the hinges, the steel voice card chassis rack can short against the key leaf contact switches at the back of the keys when IT (the voice chassis) is lowered out of the service position; opening yet another Pandora's box of adventure....

i am starting for the first time a complete tunning of my cs80 , does some of you have some pointer or special trick ? For some reasons the voiceboard led indicator is not working for me ( maybe i did something wrong but i have double checked everything , still doesnt work , strange !!!! ).
