The idea is that one person can set it up if you put the
round parts to the back. Wheel it into position, hook up
the legs while it's still sideways on the wheels, and just
kind of roll it upright on the round parts of the back/bottom
of the legs.

Although it's noted that in fact nowadays you're strongly
advised against moving it around on the caster wheels.
