Subject: tuning stability-warmup

hi folks, im wondering if anyone else has had any experience "burning in" new capacitors, and/or the need to. i recently replaced all the electrolytics in all the voice boards of my 80, and since then, the tuning stability has gone south a bit. one particular voice doesnt want to scale very well(when scaled properly at 2', was 20 cents out of scale on 16'), and i've also noticed that a general warmup of the machine doesnt knock all the cobwebs out, i seem to need to get some actual voltage pumping through the voices.
anyone else with similar experiences? i have only left her on for a few hours at a time to "burn in" the new caps-should i up this to 12-24 hours or something, or just be patient?
ps-through this process, i've realized that all the boards can be tuned with the entire board assembly down, so tuning just got MUCH easier now that im not lifting and dropping the whole assembly each time. whew.
thanks for the info-rj
